We met in 2005 whilst travelling in New Zealand. We both share a passion for new experiences, new challenges and personal growth. After living together in The Netherlands for 11 years, it was time for a new chapter. So, in early 2018 we moved to Spain and set up Casa Kiri in Malaga province

Casa Kiri is our home where we have two one bedroom apartments which we started renting out for holiday rentals. We welcomed a wide variety of people but one thing which struck us the most about those with their own business or in high positions was how exhausted they were. They would spend the majority of their time at Casa Kiri, relaxing in their apartment, chilling by the pool, reading in the hammock or laying on the day-bed. And when these people checked out, they left feeling completely re-charged, with a spring in their step and ready to tackle the challenges of work again. 

Whilst holidaying in Mexico and experiencing this downtime for ourselves, the idea of Business Trip was born and we decided to specialise in hosting entrepreneurs because we know we can offer you complete relaxation away from your business. We provide the environment for you to recharge the batteries, to develop new business ideas and leave here feeling energised, focused and ready to take your business to the next level.

Patrick has his own online marketing business and is always up for a sparring session. Joanne manages the day to day running of Business Trip. We would love to welcome you as our guests!
